TH5 at Emerald Beach Villas is a beachfront, air conditioned FOUR BEDROOM townhouse of 2000 square feet, with a large patio looking directly at the lake. The unit is well located being only 20 feet from the beach. The unit is very clean and has been fully remodeled. The plan is bright and open. There is also an in suite washer and dryer, and all linens and towels are included. There is a double garage and a parking pass for one additional car.

The unit comfortably sleeps 8, and this is the MAXIMUM occupancy. (Maximum 4 adults). No pets allowed by rule of the homeowners

Rates shown are in Canadian dollars. There is a $250 cleaning fee and one time reservation fee of $35.

Guests renting the unit have first right of refusal on the unit’s boat slip. Additional rental fee of $50/nt applies. Boat slip rental would match the number of days the guest rents the unit. If a boat slip is not rented by the guest when reserving a unit, it will be offered to others on a stand-alone basis. If you would like to rent the boat slip, please let us know in the comments when booking the unit, and we will send you a separate booking for the slip.

Subject to availability, we rent this unit by the day, week or month in May and June. We do not rent the TH5 unit during July and August.

Reserved boat slip in the marina available for an additional charge. Boat slip rental would match the number of days the guest rents the unit. See rates. Emerald Beach Villas is a small 46 unit gated community that was finished in 2003 and sits directly on the shore of Wood Lake, with 350 feet of sandy beach, a segregated swimming area and lots of grass area. There is a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room, recreation room with a pool table and table tennis and an outdoor sport court. Wood Lake is six miles long, running from Lake Country to Oyama, and connects directly via canal to Lake Kalamalka, which is 14 miles long, stretching from Oyama to Vernon. We are also located beside a 20-acre park with a jogging track, and soccer and beach volleyball facilities. Access to the newly created Okanagan Rail Trail, which stretches from Vernon to Kelowna, much of it on the lakefront or Wood and Kalamalka lakes, is a few hundred feet away. Bring you bikes or bicycle rental is close by!

Rosies Rentals Reservation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required within 14 days of confirmation to secure your reservation. Reservations may be cancelled if deposit not received within 14 days of booking;
  • Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival;
  • We only accept cash, cheque or bank draft - no credit cards.
  • Check out cleaning included;
  • All rates and taxes are subject to change;
  • Rates are per condominium/villa, not per person;
  • Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

  • All deposits are non refundable and forfeited upon cancellation;
  • Reservations are cancelled and deposits forfeited where payment in full is not received 60 days prior to arrival;
  • For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space  can be re-rented, a pro - rata refund will be issued, less a 25% fee.
